Subscription & Billing Policy
Effective May 27, 2026
This policy describes how NexVoice charges for the Service, how trials convert, how cancellations work, and how usage limits and overages are handled.
1. Recurring billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually as selected). Charges are processed in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize NexVoice to charge your saved payment method for all fees, taxes, and applicable overages until you cancel.
2. Free trials
- Trials are limited to one (1) per business and require a valid payment method.
- Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.
- We will not provide refunds for forgetting to cancel before conversion.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
4. Failed payments
- If a charge fails, we will retry the payment method and notify you by email.
- If we cannot collect within a reasonable window, the account is suspended and outbound automations are paused.
- After an extended non-payment period the account and its data may be deleted.
5. Usage limits, overages & throttling
Each plan includes a monthly allotment of calls, SMS, and AI conversations. Once you reach the limit, NexVoice may throttle or pause new automations, queue messages, or — if overage billing is enabled for your plan — charge per-unit overages disclosed in your order or on the Pricing page.
6. No guaranteed business results
Fees are paid for access to the software. NexVoice does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, recovered calls, revenue, or other business outcomes.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for sales, VAT, GST, and similar taxes associated with your subscription unless we are required to collect them.
8. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact aastheticcx@gmail.com within 30 days.
9. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
