Acceptable Use Policy
Effective May 27, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') applies to everyone who uses NexVoice. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited activities
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages without TCPA-compliant consent.
- Impersonating another business, person, or government entity.
- Sending content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or hateful.
- Using the Service for SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), gambling, cannabis, or other carrier-prohibited categories without explicit written approval.
- Sending medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment instructions through automated messages.
- Sending messages during an emergency in lieu of contacting emergency services.
- Attempting to bypass opt-out (STOP), rate limits, or other platform safeguards.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or probing the Service for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the Service without written permission.
- Uploading malware, phishing links, or content that violates intellectual-property rights.
Operational obligations
- Maintain the accuracy of your business name, contact info, and registered SMS use case.
- Monitor your account for unauthorized access and notify us promptly of any compromise.
- Honor opt-outs immediately and keep consent records for at least four (4) years.
- Ensure messages comply with all applicable telecom, healthcare, and consumer-protection laws in every jurisdiction you operate in.
Enforcement
NexVoice may investigate suspected violations, throttle traffic, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold delivery, and report violations to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement. We may take action without notice when necessary to protect the Service or third parties.
